This Privacy Policy explains how BFJC Consulting LLC ("BFJC," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit bfjcconsulting.com (the "Site"), submit our contact form, or enroll in our text message program. BFJC Consulting LLC is a Texas limited liability company based in Liberty Hill, Texas.

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter:

- Organization name, if provided
- Mobile phone number, if provided
- Area of interest and the content of your message
- Whether you opted in to text messages, the consent language shown to you, and the date and time of your submission
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical information when you load the Site or submit a form, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request. This information supports security, spam prevention, and site operation.
The Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels. Fonts and other site files are served from our own domain.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for targeted advertising.
We share information only in these cases:

- Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BFJC, our clients, or others.

Text message program terms
BFJC Consulting LLC offers an optional text message program. These terms apply if you check the text message consent box on our contact form.
- Program description. Messages may include replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and occasional updates about BFJC services.
- Consent. You opt in by checking an unchecked box on our contact form and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will send one message confirming your opt-out and then stop sending messages to that number. You can also opt out by calling (512) 413-6953 or asking us through our contact form.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf.
Data retention
We keep contact form submissions and consent records for as long as needed to respond to you, maintain our business relationship, and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. When we no longer need the information, we delete it or make it de-identified.
Data security
The Site uses HTTPS encryption. We limit access to submitted information to people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal data and access it
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Delete personal data you provided or that we hold about you
- Get a copy of your personal data in a portable format

To make a request, call (512) 413-6953 or use the contact form on our home page and write "Privacy request" in your message. We may need to verify your identity before we act on your request. We will respond within 45 days, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
If we decline your request, you may appeal by submitting a new request that starts with "Privacy appeal." We will respond to appeals within 60 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Office of the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
